PLAN PURCHASE
Once you are satisfied the design meets your criteria, proceed and purchase the plan. When you purchase a Design Plan you will be able to download the included plans immediately. If a Site Assessment is ordered you will need to provide us with the required information and the Site Plan & Assessment will be emailed to you as soon as completed.
Don't have a Lot but LOVE that DESIGN - No problem!!!
Purchase a Design Plan only. When you have found a Lot, come back to purchase the Site Assessment.
Our Plan Options
Preliminary Drawing Package – $385
Out of Townsville City Council Area – from $440
The preliminary drawing package includes the Design Plan with Site Plan and Assessment. This site plan and assessment is required to order a Building Approval package, as the approval will relate to your Lot.
This package is relevant for the Townsville City Council Area – excluding Magnetic Island.
The documents that will be available are:

- Elevations
- 3D Render
A Site Plan and Assessment will be completed on receipt of your Lot details.
If you are located outside of Townsville City Council area or on Magnetic Island, we will need to provide you with a quote for your lot. Prices for out of area plans start at $440 to cover extra transport and requirements.
Design Plan and Licence only – $297
The design Plan and licence only, includes the following documents:

- 3D Render
A Site Plan and Assessment for your lot is not included with the package. This can be purchased later for $198 for Townsville City Council Area – excluding Magnetic Island.
If you are located outside of Townsville City Council area or on Magnetic Island, we will need to provide you with a quote for your lot.
Site Assessment only – $198
Out of Townsville City Council Area – from $275
If you purchase a design plan and license only, GVD PLAN HUB can still carry out a site assessment on your lot, for suitability of the plan. If you are looking to purchase a complete building approval package, you will need to have a site assessment carried out.
Building Approval Package – $3270
Out of Townsville City Council Area – from $3600
Once a site assessment has been carried out by GVD PLAN HUB and approved, you can order a complete building approval package which will enable you to take your design to a builder for a complete quotation.
Any items identified by the site assessment that require attention or additional services needed will be advised and confirmed prior to commencement of the building approval package.
