By purchasing the specified Design Plans, you (the client) agree to the Terms & Conditions. Please read and agree to our Copyright Agreement before viewing and/or purchasing any of our products.
All purchases made on GVD PLAN HUB website require upfront payment to be processed through our website before any plans are available to download. GVD PLAN HUB reserves the right to adjust any prices without notice.
All sales on Design Plans are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given once your order has been purchased. Please choose carefully.
All Design Plans are subject to the Copyright Act of 1968 and the copyright amendment Bill 1999 and may not be downloaded, saved or copied in any format.
Download of a Design Plan grants the purchaser license to use the design ONCE only on the Lot of their choice. Purchase does not grant use of the Design Plan on further Lots. Amendment or reproduction of the Design Plan is not allowed without written consent of GVD PLAN HUB. Consent shall require payment of a re-use fee and may be subject to additional conditions, as specified by GVD PLAN HUB.

The Building Approval Package is all inclusive package and fixed price. No allowances have been made for revisions, alterations or customised plans. If revisions are required to the drawings after purchase and upon commencement of any of our services, these services will be considered “Additional Services” and subject to additional fees.
This package deal includes documents ready for building application and construction. It does not include building certification and fees, any local Authority planning fee’s, Plumbing application fee’s or lodgement of planning and/or building application.
All sales on Design Plans & working drawings are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given once your order has been purchased. Please order carefully.
Your Building Approval Package documents will be delivered via email in PDF digital format. PDF is the easiest format to share with builders, since no special software is required (only Adobe Reader, available via free download.)
