SITE PLAN AND ASSESSMENT INCLUSIONS
A site assessment will confirm the Design Plan you have chosen will suit your Lot. Dependant on current information being available, GVD PLAN HUB with check the Design Plan does fit on the lot correctly and that there are no other impediments to your selection and ultimately construction.
GVD PLAN HUB WILL CHECK:
- The house fits on the lot – Site setbacks
- Covenant requirements – If applicable.
- Site Levels – As Constructed ground level contours & heights.
- Location of Services (Sewer, Water, Stormwater, Power, Telstra/NBN)
- Local Authority & State Planning requirements – if available & applicable.
- Orientation (Solar/Access)
NOTE:
If there are impacts or information regarding any of the above, this will be provided with your Site Assessment report.
Although great care is taken obtaining all of the available and current information to carry out every site assessment, the information we require may be out of date, incorrect or not available. The site assessment is therefore provided with be best of our knowledge and does not guarantee compliance with local authority requirements, by laws, the building code clearances to services or other unforeseen circumstance. No responsibility will be taken by GVD PLAN HUB in such an instance.
